My name is Areen Eid. I am a 24 year old designer based in the UAE. I am a recent graduate from the American University of Sharjah with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication.

 

Ever since i was a young girl I had a fascination with design where it manifested in various aspects of my life be it the selection of my attire or the meticulous crafting of the class presentations i designed in school. I was so intrigued by the power one can have to produce visuals that are able to communicate a certain message with so many people; and my passion for design blossomed into a diverse array of creative pursuits, encompassing graphic design, fashion, photography, and videography; they are what i see myself excelling at.

 

I am driven by exploring my creative skills to advocate for social change and challenge conventional norms. Throughout my college years, I have utilized my interests to conceive impactful projects that highlight vital societal issues, shattered stereotypes and presented an efficient way of understanding complex issues through visually compelling narratives.
